Integration and SOA management

Introducing service-based architecture in stages also requires a service-based way of working. By this, we mean that the IT organisation must establish procedures, ways of working and monitoring processes to encourage the reuse of services, etc. Without this, SOA architecture will bring few benefits. Ferrologic’s practical SOA governance methodology involves three main areas for the IT department: organisation, processes and tools. In our work, we find out how you actually work now, provide suggestions for improvements, carry out pilot projects and establish procedures for continuously measuring your improvements.
