Total undertaking for the customerA total undertaking involves Ferrologic taking responsibility for the work involved in integration, from initial idea through to management. Based on the customer’s requirements, we ascertain the scope of the delivery and set up an organisation that can satisfy these requirements in the best way possible. Strengthening the customer’s organisationFerrologic has specialist consultants within every stage of the integration project life cycle. We are used to strengthening the customer’s own organisation, and are often involved in our customers’ ICCs in various capacities. Buying servicesBeing able to buy integration as a service is something that Ferrologic offers its customers. A service may involve Ferrologic taking responsibility for a business area within integration where the scope of the delivery and the price are clearly defined. The delivery may involve projects, management and support. Off-shoringTogether with its European partners, Ferrologic can offer near-/off-shoring resources for large-scale integration projects. Ferrologic combines its own project, support or management resources with resources provided by its partners. Ferrologic takes overall responsibility for delivery, and has developed methods, processes and an organisation for effectively taking advantage of low-cost benefits while still delivering high quality solutions that meet the customer’s requirements. |
