Within the Enterprise Design business area, we lay the foundation for sound IT architecture in the form of effective, reliable information management that creates the right conditions for cost-effective, robust and productive systems integration. This enables us to create efficient processes, working closely alongside our customers. Our specialisations within this field include business modelling, running seminars and workshops, specifying business requirements and implementing business development and change management. This often involves modelling concepts and processes, as well as specifying requirements in connection with IT solution procurement and business integration.

Ferrologic Business Integration

Business processes tend to span a number of functions and departments within an organisation, and hence also different IT systems, and onwards to customers and suppliers. Our thorough business knowledge, combined with in-depth technical expertise, enables us to quickly establish solutions that support these processes. This gives improved business level monitoring opportunities, greater flexibility and more adaptability when it comes to the outside world, leading in turn to cost savings and shorter time-to-market.

Within the Business Integration business area, we design and build IT support for business processes that cover multiple systems. We do this by first establishing scalable, robust integration architecture and then building integration between the systems involved in a structured manner, with a constant focus on the customer’s operations.

Our expertise also encompasses other key integration-related areas, such as how best to organise a business around integration, i.e. setting up integration competence centres (ICCs), evaluating integration platforms, and outsourcing integration-related functions.
